What Does the Grant Cycle Include?

For many individuals and couples experiencing fertility challenges, cost is the greatest barrier to receiving treatment. The recipient of this IVF Grant will incur no out-of-pocket costs for the following aspects of their treatment.

IVF treatment and embryo cryopreservation

1 year of storage

Saline sonogram

Male and female labs

Semen analysis

Genetic testing & counseling

Medications

Up to 3 frozen embryo transfers

Grant recipient will be eligible to receive treatment at Spring Fertility’s New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, or Portland, Oregon locations. Any travel/accommodation costs are not covered by this grant.
