Spring is truly an amazing place, what the doctors and the entire staff do, (from door to lab) every day for others is truly selfless.  I felt that every individual we met in our process was invested in our success to conceive.  We shared tears together, we shared laughs and when our hope seemed lost they never gave up on us & never lost hope with us. They treated us with kindness, and as humans tailoring a plan that worked for our story.

As a physician, I chose Dr. Tran for his excellent reputation in the medical community. He discussed the risks and benefits of treatment options, and let us make our own decisions. He and his staff were respectful, generous with their time, and communicative. Now our surrogate is pregnant! Dr. Tran and Allie have been there every step of the way. I recommend Spring to anyone, and refer my patients to them.

As a trans, non-binary person, and part of a queer couple, I cannot recommend Spring Fertility highly enough. The doctors and staff are educated on the needs of LGBTQ+ families (trans education is a mandatory part of every new employee's onboarding) and they go out of their way to make their patients feel safe and comfortable. When we brought up the idea that I carry the baby, and we use my spouse's egg, our doctor not only supported that decision, but also informed us that it's a totally normal thing, called Reciprocal IVF, and he had actually written a blog post about it last year. On a personal level, the staff and doctors always used my correct pronouns and I am happy to say that I was never referred to as "mama" or "mom-to-be" (a big fear of mine going into this). Spring Fertility has truly become family to us and I urge all of you to come here if you are looking for a fertility clinic--they will take great care of you, no matter who you are or who you love.

I came to Sping when I was 4 years into my infertility journey at another big hospital clinic where I went through multiple IUIs and IVF cycles. I was at the point of desperation and despair but wanted to give it one more shot. Every single thing was better at Spring, from the very first email outreach to schedule my appointment, to the lovely and peaceful Oakland office, and the super clear pricing. Everyone I interacted with here was just so human and easy to communicate with and get fast responses from. This was really mind-blowing after experiencing so much stress and frustration dealing with simple admin stuff at my last clinic.

I think Dr. Minjarez is the best!! I got to see her for every monitoring appointment except when I had to come to the SF office on weekends. She knows all about the latest techniques and data from the newest studies so she adjusted my protocol and did some things differently than my last RE. I really felt that everything was personalized to my situation and it wasn't just copy/paste for each patient. She is also kind and understanding and on top of everything.

My egg retrieval and transfers were done in SF as Oakland is just for monitoring and consults, and the only downside was that there isn't any privacy in pre-op there making it kind of uncomfortable. Small price to pay though.

I'm now 6 months into my pregnancy but I would give spring 5 stars whatever the results were. I would come back here in a second for future cycles and will forever be grateful to the whole team here for their care.
