Today we’re proud to re-launch springfertility.com, our new website!
While we were happy to hear that people liked springfertility.com v1.0, we knew we could do better. Three months ago, we set out to revisit our content and website, tapping into the client experience right here at Spring.
Our goal: to help anyone and everyone understand fertility treatments so they feel comfortable navigating their own journey and what’s right for them.
We set out to:
1. Demystify and explain the range of treatments, including egg freezing, IVF, ICSI, IUI, and more, to make these options easier to understand and more accessible.
2. Better illustrate our approach and what makes Spring uniquely Spring, from our team and expertise, to our commitment to patient success and scientific excellence.
3. Make our website faster and easier to navigate, manage, and operate, with a more appealing and content-rich experience on browser and mobile.
We asked our patients,
“What do you find challenging and confusing about fertility? What questions have come up and what’s been most helpful when you’ve discussed your concerns? What would you like to see?”
We asked ourselves,
“What’s worked best during consults and info sessions? What are the hardest topics to address and how can we make this complicated process easier? We’ve been patients, what would we want to hear?”
We spoke with partners and colleagues, spouses and in-laws, boyfriends and girlfriends. We talked to strangers on the street and college students we met at community events. We looked at great brands and how they engage their customers. We did a lot of sketching, brainstorming, and doodling.
What you see is the product of those conversations and observations, and a major milestone in our journey to provide the most patient-centric care. We believe the best care experience starts with communicating how things work and managing expectations: explaining what’s what in the most personal, meaningful, and understandable ways. We know we have more to do, and will continually work to enrich and improve the site and all the ways we engage and interact with others.
