9 Brands Leading the Fertility & Reproductive Health Conversation
At Spring, destigmatizing fertility and reproductive health conversations is of the utmost importance to us to make sure that people are making empowered and informed decisions about their bodies and futures. As fertility and reproductive health become more and more “talked about” topics among individuals seeking more active roles in their health and wellness, we’re so happy to see forward-thinking brands bring products and services to the conversation as support resources to make proactive care more accessible. In addition, they are creating spaces for education and community, where dialogue can continue to evolve, experiences can be shared, and questions can be answered.
Here are 9 brands in the fertility and reproductive health space that we’d love to shout out:
1. Headspace
Mental healthcare is such an important part of the fertility conversation, and we recognize the need for additional mental health support when trying to conceive or going through fertility treatment. That’s why we’re so proud to have teamed up with Headspace to create a content series, “Navigating Your Fertility Journey,” offering supportive conversations and meditations meant to remind you of your inner strength and that you are not alone as you move through the process.

2. SotoMethod
We’ve been fans of SotoMethod’s virtual and in-person workouts for a while now, so when we had the opportunity to team up with them for a special, fertility-safe program, we could not have been more excited! “Soto For Your Fertility Journey” is a program meant to support patients through fertility treatment, with physician-approved moves that keep you active without putting your body at risk during the ovarian stimulation process.

3. Modern Fertility (Ro)
Modern Fertility (now a part of Ro), put at-home hormone testing on the map and made it possible for individuals to take a more active role in understanding their hormone health, before trying to conceive or seeking fertility care at a clinic. Their tests are customized based on the type of birth control you use to give you as accurate a report as possible, and come with 1:1 support from a fertility nurse to understand your results.
4. Fellow
Fellow provides a fast, clinically-validated mail-in semen analysis without requiring a visit to the fertility clinic. Over 30% of all cases of infertility are due to male factor, and a semen analysis can be a great first step in a fertility evaluation for a cis-het couple who is trying to conceive. We love Fellow for their comprehensive, easy-to-understand results that include all of the metrics our Spring physicians would evaluate as part of an initial consult.
5. Winx Health
Winx Health (formerly known as Stix) is a sexual and vaginal health brand that puts educating its community at the forefront of every space they show up in. In addition to offering home delivery morning after pills and tests for vaginal health, pregnancy, ovulation, and more, Winx has created a “Real Talk” blog space that destigmatizes conversations on topics like sex, fertility, and body positivity, reminding us that those under-talked about topics are very much a part of everyday life.
6. Frida
The brand that brought you Frida Mom now also carries a line of products under their “Frida Fertility” category, developed with the help of fertility specialists to support individuals trying to conceive. Through print ads and commercials, Frida is challenging the way we talk about pregnancy and fertility as a society, and even had a birth-focused commercial rejected for an ad spot during the Oscar’s due to its subject-matter (which sparked dialogue regarding how/why media censors content related to topics like birth, fertility, and reproductive health).
7. Wisp
Wisp makes quality sexual healthcare more accessible by prescribing meds for a variety of sexual and reproductive health needs online to help with issues including bacterial vaginosis, UTIs, cold sores and genital herpes, and yeast infections. We love that they offer virtual sexual health and STI consults, so that individuals seeking care can do so quickly and safely.
8. Chiyo
Meal service plans have been popular for a while now, and can be a great resource for someone navigating fertility treatment and looking for an easy, nutritious meal option during the process. With that need in mind, we love that Chiyo has specially-curated meal plans for fertility, prenatal, postpartum care support - prioritizing the overall health of the patient and parent-to-be.
9. Stims Wellness
Founded by a past Spring Fertility patient, Stims Wellness recognizes that daily injections can be an inconvenient part of fertility treatments and aims to make the process less stressful by making it easier to safely transport your medications as needed. Stims’ founder shares “our launch product are fertility medication bags that keep refrigerated meds cool, organized and safe while on the go — to work, out to dinner with friends or a weekend trip away.”
