Meet Dr. Natalia Grob, Fertility Specialist at Spring Fertility Denver
Dr. Natalia M. Grob is a double board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and Fertility Specialist at Spring Fertility Denver, which opens in Fall 2026.
She earned her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her OBGYN residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She then returned to Colorado for her three-year REI fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Colorado Denver.
Dr. Grob holds ABOG board certification in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She maintains an active Colorado medical license, is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Nearly a Decade of Colorado Fertility Practice
Dr. Grob has practiced reproductive medicine in Colorado for nearly a decade, caring for patients across the Denver metro area.
Colorado was a deliberate choice. Offered positions in Boston and in Denver, she picked Denver for the mountains. She describes getting so absorbed in work that she looks up and realizes she hasn't been outside all day, then catches sight of the peaks and remembers to get out there. Backpacking, hiking, skiing, and rafting are how she keeps that perspective.
That tenure shows up in her community work. She served on the board of Colorado Fertility Advocates through 2025. She is currently active with the Women's Foundation of Colorado and Planned Parenthood of the Rockies, and has been involved with Physician Moms of Colorado and the SOAR Clinic.

Dr. Grob's Approach to Patient Care
Patients dealing with infertility often describe the same feeling: a loss of control. Dr. Grob's response is to hand back as much of it as she can, giving patients real information about what they can do to stack the odds in their favor.
She brings an additional perspective to fertility care through her research in environmental reproductive health, including how endocrine-disrupting chemicals and environmental exposures may affect reproductive health. Diet, occupational exposures, and household chemical use may factor into her patient intake, and she may offer lifestyle and dietary recommendations when clinically appropriate.
Dr. Grob practices with compassion and shared decision-making, and she believes sharing her own humanity has made her a better physician. After her divorce, she chose to speak publicly about freezing her own eggs. In her words: "I want my patients to know that I'm not just a physician, I'm human too."
Research in Environmental Reproductive Health
Dr. Grob has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed studies. Her work has appeared in PLoS ONE, Endocrinology, and Scientific Reports.
Her research examines how endocrine-disrupting chemicals and environmental exposures affect reproductive outcomes. She serves as Section Editor for Current Obstetrics and Gynecology Reports, covering Environmental Exposures and Pregnancy Outcomes, and reviews manuscripts for several peer-reviewed journals, including JAMA.
She serves as a Consultant to the Pediatric Environmental Health Specialty Unit's West Program and as an Advisory Group Member for the Reproductive Environmental Health Assessment and Risk Reduction Guidance Expert Advisor Group, a joint initiative of the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry and the American College of Medical Toxicology.
