Now. Later. With him. With her. On your own. There’s only one right way. Your way.
Spring Fertility is committed to helping everyone and anyone achieve the family of their dreams, and is proud to help lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex couples and individuals achieve parenthood on their terms.
Here’s all it takes to make a baby
A HEALTHY EGG
A healthy egg from a partner or donor
Healthy sperm from a partner or donor
A MEETING PLACE
A place for the sperm and egg to meet and grow (a healthy, receptive uterus)
This may require working with...
AN EGG DONOR
An egg donor you know or an anonymous donor
A SPERM DONOR
A sperm donor you know or an anonymous donor
A GESTATIONAL CARRIER
A gestational carrier who will care for your embryo and fetus until born
We work with sperm banks, egg donors, and agencies to help our LGBTQ patients secure what they need to achieve their parenting dreams. The process can be as simple as ordering donor sperm or locating an appropriate egg donor or gestational carrier, or as complex as planning for all three.
Whatever your needs, we’re here to help. We’ll find a plan that works for you.
As a trans, non-binary person, and part of a queer couple, I cannot recommend Spring Fertility highly enough. The doctors and staff are educated on the needs of LGBTQ+ families (trans education is a mandatory part of every new employee's onboarding) and they go out of their way to make their patients feel safe and comfortable. When we brought up the idea that I carry the baby, and we use my spouse's egg, our doctor not only supported that decision, but also informed us that it's a totally normal thing, called Reciprocal IVF, and he had actually written a blog post about it last year. On a personal level, the staff and doctors always used my correct pronouns and I am happy to say that I was never referred to as "mama" or "mom-to-be" (a big fear of mine going into this). Spring Fertility has truly become family to us and I urge all of you to come here if you are looking for a fertility clinic--they will take great care of you, no matter who you are or who you love.

We want to thank Nurse Ursula, Dr. Klatsky, Dr. Tran and the support staff for all of their help through our unforgettable journey of becoming parents. As a same-sex couple, it was very important to us that we worked with a team that made us feel comfortable in an unbiased environment. We felt nothing but positive energy throughout the entire process and cannot imagine having worked with anyone else to help us grow our family.
