Financial Navigator
Your Financial Navigator will be with you every step of the way, helping you navigate insurance reimbursement, explore payment options, and simplify the billing process to ease any financial concerns.
Nurse
Your Nurse will provide support for all your medication and medical-related questions throughout your cycle. They’ll be available to answer queries, share instructional videos for injections, and assist with any concerns you may have.
Embryologist
Our skilled embryologists work diligently behind the scenes to ensure the safety and care of your tissue. They facilitate the meeting of egg and sperm and closely monitor the development of blastocysts into embryos.
Genetic Counselor
Our Genetic Counselors are here to help you understand the results of carrier screenings and pre-implantation genetic testing. They’ll provide guidance to help you make informed decisions about the viability of your embryos.
REI Physician
Your REI Physician will be with you through every stage of your journey, from your initial consultation to monitoring appointments, retrieval, and transfer, offering expert care and support throughout the process.
Patient Navigator
Your Patient Navigator will be your dedicated partner throughout your treatment. You’ll meet them at your initial consultation, and they’ll assist with scheduling, answer general questions, and provide support as needed.
Mental Health Specialist
If you’re seeking mental health support during your time with us, our in-house clinical psychologists offer compassionate individual and couples therapy, support groups, and other resources to help you navigate your journey.
Third Party Team
Spring Fertility’s dedicated NEST team is specifically trained in helping intended parents working with donor tissues to grow their families.
Medical Assistant
Our Medical Assistants are here to support you by gathering important information and assisting with your testing. They’ll take your vitals, perform blood draws, and carefully document your monitoring appointments to ensure you’re well-informed and prepared.

Not only will you have a dedicated physician who will be responsible for monitoring your case, but you’ll also have a dedicated patient navigator, financial navigator, and nurse.
