Integrative Services at Spring Fertility

At Spring, our goal is to partner with our patients to create the healthy, happy families of their dreams. We recognize that in addition to being physically intensive, fertility treatments may also be challenging for individuals and couples to navigate mentally and emotionally. These cohorts offer a unique opportunity to receive community support, resources, and guidance.

These groups are all-gender inclusive and open to both Spring and non-Spring patients and partners.

IVF/IUI Support Group

A space to connect and feel understood.

Navigating fertility treatment can be one of the most emotionally demanding experiences of your life. This group is designed for patients pursuing parenthood through IVF or IUI who are looking for connection, support, and tools to help them through the journey.

What we’ll explore together:

  • Your path to parenthood- introductions and fertility stories
  • Managing expectations, stress, and uncertainty in the IVF/IUI process
  • Self-care strategies, finding balance, and reclaiming life outside of treatment
  • Relationship, partnership, family, and community challenges along the way
  • Shifts in identity, self-worth, and sense of self
Exercises, tools, and topics shaped by the needs of the group

What this space is for: This is a place to connect with others who truly get it- to feel less alone, process grief and disappointment, relieve stress, and build resilience and hope through one of life’s most challenging chapters.

A few things to know:

  • This is a ‘closed’ group, meaning we welcome new members through the first session only, after which the group continues as a consistent, committed community
  • Partners are welcome – whatever feels right for you
  • This group is open to patients currently in treatment as well as those taking a break while considering next steps in treatment

$300 for 6 sessions; out-of-pocket.

Whether you are just beginning to explore solo parenthood or are already on your treatment journey, this is a space where you will find understanding, connection, and support from others walking a similar path.

This group welcomes female, non-binary, and trans patients using donor sperm, and is open to both first-time and second-time solo parents.

What we’ll explore together:

  • Building community for today and the road ahead- through treatment, pregnancy, early parenthood, and beyond
  • Finding and cultivating your support network
  • Sperm donor selection and crafting a positive donor conception narrative for your family
  • Navigating disclosure, responding to questions, and setting boundaries with confidence
  • Managing expectations, stress, and uncertainty in the IVF/IUI process
  • Self-care, balance, and self-compassion
  • Exercises, tools, and topics shaped by the needs of the group

What this space is for: This is a place to feel seen, supported, and less alone- to process the emotional weight of this journey, celebrate milestones, and build a community that will carry you through treatment and into parenthood.
