Dr. Thomas Fisher

I was recommended to Spring Fertility by my acupuncturist and I cannot say enough good things. My doctor was Dr. Fisher, and in a sentence, he's a gem of a physician. Unlike other reproductive endocrinologists, or doctors in general, that I have treated with, Dr. Fisher treats you like an individual, not one of many patients going through a protocol. From our first meeting, he listened to my history and tailored the care accordingly. Throughout the egg retrieval process, he held my hand and kept me super informed. Most importantly, he truly cared about how I was doing. Trying to get pregnant is a very vulnerable time and Dr. Fisher understands this. He went above and beyond in making sure all of my questions were answered and being there for me, even once calling me while he was on vacation.

As for the treatment itself, the results were amazing. I currently have several embryos frozen for the future. The team at Spring isn't afraid to try different protocols (the only suggested protocol previously for me was the antagonist protocol). I didn't even realize there were other options.

I am now seeing midwives for my pregnancy and I miss Spring so much! Which is a weird thing to say about a fertility clinic ha. I only wish Dr. Fisher was an OBGYN as well.

When you go through IVF, you need to visit the Clinic multiple times for monitoring (It sounds crazy, but I really looked forward to going to my appointments, because everyone at Spring is so friendly!), and I always felt given the time and space to ask questions (no matter how silly they may be). They respond to your calls, and when they say they will call you back they do it, you never need to be chasing anyone for information, which is so important for us IVF patients who are already under a significant amount of stress. Even if you reach out during the weekend for an urgent question, there will always be someone to assist you and address your concern timely. Billing is very straightforward, no hidden fees or random charges. Every cost and fees are explained from the beginning, so you always know what to expect. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Fisher, he is truly the best! From our initial consultation where he met with us for a full hour listening to our history, answering our questions, walking us through the process and what we could realistically expect based on our history, we knew we had found the right doctor that would give us the best chance at success. Under his care, I always felt at ease as we navigated these tricky IVF waters, always knowing that I was being given the right protocol and care needed with the right mix of professionalism, compassion, and heart! Thanks to his care and superior skills, this now 42-year-old is pregnant after just one IVF cycle. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Fisher as my fertility doctor and I so wish he would be my OBGYN to monitor my pregnancy but unfortunately that was not possible!!
