We know that for many of our patients, fertility treatments represent a significant financial investment. At Spring, we believe finances should never get in the way of building your dream family, which is why we provide options to help make this dream possible.

We accept select commercial insurance providers, as well as fertility-specific benefits providers such as Progyny, and Carrot. You may also pay for treatment through an HSA or FSA.
We are here to help you navigate the right option for you.

If you are using Progyny insurance, please note that certain services—such as endometrial biopsies, psychological consults, and HyCoSy procedures—are typically not covered. Additionally, some add-on services during your treatment cycle may fall outside of your plan’s coverage.

We encourage you to reach out to our Finance Team before moving forward with any treatment to confirm what your plan includes. We’re here to help you understand your benefits and avoid unexpected costs.

Did you know that just because we’re not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to get some coverage for your care? Many patients use a superbill—an itemized receipt we provide—so you can submit a claim for potential reimbursement directly to your insurance carrier dependent on your plan’s out of network benefits. (Please note if you do not have out of network benefits this may not be reimbursable.)

This process is often simpler than you think:

After your visit, reach out to your Finance team asking for a superbill or itemized receipt for services rendered.
Submit to your insurance carrier (typically through your online patient portal, by fax or mail)
Your insurance carrier will review your claim and, if covered, reimburse you directly.
If you have questions or need additional assistance, our team is always here for you. We’re happy to walk you through the steps or provide any additional documentation you may need.

Spring is here to help

At Spring you will have a dedicated Financial Navigator who will verify your coverage before your initial visit and will answer any questions you have along the way.

Additionally, once you and your physician agree upon a treatment plan that is best suited for your individual goals, your Financial Navigator will prepare a full cost letter that will outline the cost of treatment based on your coverage. We’ll walk you through this as your partner, step by step. Please note that if you have coverage through an insurance provider that is out-of-network, we are able to provide you with all paperwork necessary for you to submit for any eligible reimbursement.

Spring Packaged Pricing

We’ve created bundled pricing to make paying for the cost of fertility treatments as transparent and seamless as possible.
On behalf of our patients, we’ve also negotiated very competitive medication package pricing with our preferred pharmacy partner, Alto. On average, our patients will save $1,500 on medication costs. We want to give our patients every possible chance at success while minimizing any additional challenges.
