Financial Considerations
We know that for many of our patients, fertility treatments represent a significant financial investment. At Spring, we believe finances should never get in the way of building your dream family, which is why we provide options to help make this dream possible.

We accept select commercial insurance providers, as well as fertility-specific benefits providers such as Progyny, and Carrot. You may also pay for treatment through an HSA or FSA.
We are here to help you navigate the right option for you.
Navigating Insurance Coverage for Fertility
We know fertility costs and coverage can feel overwhelming. By offering clear resources, we aim to simplify the process so you can focus on your well-being during treatment. Even without employer-provided fertility coverage, parts of your care may still be covered. Because your employer—not just your plan—determines coverage, being “in-network” doesn’t always mean lower costs. We’re here to help you understand your options and weigh both cost and quality of care.

Spring is here to help
At Spring you will have a dedicated Financial Navigator who will verify your coverage before your initial visit and will answer any questions you have along the way.
Additionally, once you and your physician agree upon a treatment plan that is best suited for your individual goals, your Financial Navigator will prepare a full cost letter that will outline the cost of treatment based on your coverage. We’ll walk you through this as your partner, step by step. Please note that if you have coverage through an insurance provider that is out-of-network, we are able to provide you with all paperwork necessary for you to submit for any eligible reimbursement.

Spring Packaged Pricing
We’ve created bundled pricing to make paying for the cost of fertility treatments as transparent and seamless as possible.
On behalf of our patients, we’ve also negotiated very competitive medication package pricing with our preferred pharmacy partner, Alto. On average, our patients will save $1,500 on medication costs. We want to give our patients every possible chance at success while minimizing any additional challenges. If you are considering IVF and have questions about its costs, please contact us today to schedule an appointment and learn more. We’re here to help.
