Both the cryopreservation and the thaw must be performed at a Spring Fertility clinic. Because our guarantee is rooted in the quality of our lab and processes, we cannot extend this promise to eggs stored or thawed at an outside facility. You follow your Spring physician’s medical plan. This includes completing any recommended preparatory procedures prior to embryo transfer as well as adhering to all medical directions related to your frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle. All transferable embryos are transferred. To qualify, patients must transfer all embryos deemed transferable by their Spring physician before the Spring Promise refund is considered. These conditions exist to ensure that when we make a promise, we’ve done everything in our power to help you reach the outcome you deserve.
