Last week, Spring Fertility Portland`s Dr. Paula Amato testified in support of House Bill 2959, which would expand reproductive healthcare access across the state. We`re committed to improving access to fertility treatment, and are excited by what this bill could mean for couples and individuals in Oregon seeking access to quality fertility care on their family-building journeys.
HB 2959 is a proposed Oregon bill that would require health insurance to cover certain fertility services & treatments, with some exemptions. It also directs state agencies to study access to fertility care and report their findings to the Legislature.
