I can’t recommend Dr. Harris and his team highly enough. Dr. Harris is extremely knowledgeable and always had an answer for every single highly specific question I had. On top of that, I really appreciated his compassionate bedside manner. When things weren’t going well, he was so incredibly supportive and encouraging, and when things were going well, he was genuinely excited and happy for us. After every appointment and procedure, I was always blown away by how Dr. Harris always treated me with so much dignity and empathy. I always felt so safe, protected, and listened to under his care. One thing I really appreciated was at the end of every appointment, he would ask “what other questions do you have?” even though I knew that he was out of time, he would patiently answer every question. I have not experienced this level of excellence in medical care before in my life, so any doctor that I see after Dr. Harris will have very big shoes to fill. I honestly wish I could remain under his care moving forward! I also want to note that Dr. Harris’ care team is also exceptional. During a particularly challenging week, they even sent me a bouquet of flowers to affirm what I was feeling and to let me know they were thinking of me. Everyone from the nurses to the patient navigator and financial navigators have been wonderfully helpful. The reason I chose Spring to begin with was because their data on live birth rates was the highest in the Bay Area, and I am incredibly grateful that we’ll be able to fulfill our dream of starting a family next Spring thanks to Spring, Dr. Harris, and his care team!
