Dr. Hillary Pearson

Dr. Hillary Pearson joins Spring Fertility as a Fertility Specialist after completing her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, where she became board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital and earned her medical degree from the University at Buffalo.

Dr. Pearson brings a thoughtful and personalized approach to fertility care. Her clinical interests include IVF, fertility preservation, recurrent pregnancy loss, and reproductive genetics. She is especially passionate about supporting patients facing complex diagnoses and ensuring care is compassionate, evidence-based, and accessible.

Dr. Pearson has presented her research nationally, including work on recurrent pregnancy loss, embryo transfer outcomes, and the impact of infertility diagnoses on treatment success. She has also contributed to studies on fertility counseling for transgender patients, reflecting her broader commitment to equity and inclusive care. Also fluent in French, she is dedicated to providing patient-centered care for a diverse community.
