We believe everyone deserves to have a family if they want one. We opened Spring Fertility because you deserve care that focuses on you. We’re scientists, but we’re also spouses and parents and have been patients too.

At Spring, we believe in treating every patient like an individual and working together in partnership to help them achieve their goals. For patients who want the greatest possible chance of success to have multiple children in the future, we often recommend egg or embryo banking cycles – this is not effectively captured in our SART success rates (And lowers them by increasing the denominator). We also work with many patients who have been told by other clinics that they should consider donor eggs. We welcome the hardest cases even if they adversely affect our outcomes, because we believe strongly in doing the right thing by our patients.

At Spring Fertility, egg freezing is more than a service—it’s a commitment to giving you the best chance at preserving your future family-building options. With unmatched experience in freezing and thawing eggs, Spring ensures every step is handled with precision and commitment to patient care. We measure our success based on yours, and the Spring Promise is proof of that:

If our patients freeze a specific number of eggs at Spring (20 eggs before age 35 or 30 eggs before 38) and are unable to achieve a successful pregnancy with us in the future, we will refund all money paid to Spring directly for your egg freezing cycle*. No other clinic offers a guarantee of this kind.

To ensure we’re able to honor our Spring Promise and that we’ve done everything possible to help you succeed, we ask that the following have been part of your care:

Your eggs are stored and
thawed at Spring

Both the cryopreservation and the thaw must be performed at a Spring Fertility clinic. Because our guarantee is rooted in the quality of our lab and processes, we cannot extend this promise to eggs stored or thawed at an outside facility.

You follow your Spring physician’s medical plan

This includes completing any recommended preparatory procedures prior to embryo transfer as well as adhering to all medical directions related to your frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle.

All transferable embryos
are transferred

To qualify, patients must transfer all embryos deemed transferable by their Spring physician before the Spring Promise refund is considered.

These conditions exist to ensure that when we make a promise, we’ve done everything in our power to help you reach the outcome you deserve.

We hope you never need to use this guarantee. But if you do, please know that honoring it is something we take seriously and are proud to do. We stand behind our care even when the outcome isn’t the one we all worked toward, and we’ll be in your corner every step of the way.

*IVF, anesthesia, and medications do not qualify for money back. Program available only to self-pay patients and cannot be combined with commercial insurance coverage.
