Spring Fertility is a fertility clinic in New York City offering full-spectrum fertility care from our Bryant Park location in Midtown Manhattan. A dedicated care team means you have the opportunity to see your doctor at every visit, our embryology lab is on site, and early and extended monitoring hours are designed to work around your schedule.

Financing is available through PatientFi, and patients can apply HSA or FSA funds toward treatment costs.

Our New York fertility clinic is at 114 W 41st Street in Midtown Manhattan, beside Bryant Park. Our embryology lab is located on the same floor as the clinic.
We cover the full range of family building: fertility testing, IVF, IUI, egg and embryo freezing, genetic counseling, donor egg and donor sperm options, LGBTQ+ family-building care, and gestational carrier coordination. Integrative Services, including Fertility Wellness Counseling and support groups, provide emotional support alongside your medical care.
Your care team includes Dr. Peter Klatsky, Dr. Catha Fischer, Dr. Kolbe Hancock, Dr. Nicole Yoder, Dr. Quetrell Heyward, and Dr. Michelle Kappy, as well as physician assistant Maurie Moline. You start with one physician and have the opportunity to see that same doctor at every visit.
We’re open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Early and extended monitoring windows are designed to make bloodwork and ultrasounds easier to accommodate around your schedule.
We’re one block from the 42nd St–Bryant Park station, served by the B, D, F, and M trains. We’re also one block from Times Sq–42nd St, which connects to the N, Q, R, W, S, 1, 2, 3, and 7 lines.
Yes. We work with patients traveling from outside New York and from abroad. Your care team can coordinate out-of-town monitoring with a provider near you where that arrangement is appropriate for your treatment plan.
