At Spring, our goal is to partner with our patients to create the healthy, happy families of their dreams. We recognize that in addition to being physically intensive, fertility treatments may also be challenging for individuals and couples to navigate mentally and emotionally.
We’re here for you. We have several offerings led by our in-house clinical psychologist, Dr. Julia Conant, designed to support you.
These cohorts are facilitated by Reproductive Health Psychologist Dr. Julia Conant and Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow Dr. Shelby Alsup, offering a unique opportunity to receive community support, resources, and guidance. These groups are all-gender inclusive and open to both Spring and non-Spring patients and partners.

When people are feeling stuck, discouraged, alone, or out of control, she finds that a combination of reflection, along with practical here-and-now solutions, can lead to meaningful change and an overall improvement in well-being.
Shelby Alsup, PhD, is Spring’s in-house clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow. Dr. Alsup is trained in supporting the wide-ranging emotional aspects of reproductive medicine spanning family planning, infertility, conception, the perinatal period, and early child development.
