Dr. Grob is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist with dual ABOG certification in OBGYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She completed her REI fellowship at the University of Colorado Denver and brings nearly a decade of clinical experience in Colorado fertility care, most recently serving as Medical Director at Kindbody Denver.
Her work extends beyond the clinic. Dr. Grob is a published researcher and invited lecturer on the impact of environmental exposures on reproductive health, a focus that shapes how she approaches each patient’s unique situation. Your first visit is a deep dive into your situation. Your physician reviews your medical history and family-building goals, and all initial visits include a pelvic ultrasound to assess your antral follicle count and uterine health. Most additional testing can be completed within one menstrual cycle of your initial consultation, so you’re not left waiting.
This phase typically runs 8–12 days and is the most time-intensive part of the cycle. You’ll self-administer 2–3 hormone injections per day using small needles, and come in for approximately 4–6 monitoring visits so we can track how your follicles are developing. We adjust your dosage based on your body’s response, because no two cycles are the same.
Once your eggs are ready, we retrieve them during a 20-minute procedure performed under anesthesia. You’ll check in about an hour beforehand, meet our anesthesiologist and embryologist, and wake up in our recovery area roughly 45 minutes later. Most patients return to normal activities the following day.
On retrieval day, sperm is processed in our Andrology lab, where embryologists select the healthiest, most motile sperm for fertilization. Depending on your situation, your physician may recommend conventional IVF or ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection). We support all paths to parenthood, including coordinating donor sperm for LGBTQ+ family building. Embryos are monitored carefully over 5–6 days as they develop toward the blastocyst stage.
The final step is the transfer itself, timed precisely to your cycle and treatment plan. If preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) is performed, only chromosomally normal embryos are transferred. About 11–13 days after the transfer, you’ll return for a pregnancy blood test. We know the wait is hard. Our team is with you every step of the way.

The $250 initial consultation is a thorough, personalized planning session. It includes a review of your medical history, a full fertility assessment with physical exam and pelvic ultrasound, and a customized treatment plan with transparent next steps. You’ll leave knowing your options and what comes next. The fee also includes a follow-up summary and the opportunity to ask additional questions after your visit.
Consultations, morning monitoring, and non-surgical assessments will take place at our Denver clinic, which features well-equipped exam rooms and an on-site phlebotomy lab. Egg retrievals and embryo transfers will be performed at a partner lab and surgery center located within 30 minutes of the clinic. We’ll share the exact address as we approach our opening date.

Colorado’s fertility insurance law (SB 23-089), effective January 2025, requires large group health plans to cover fertility diagnosis and treatment, including IVF.
