After doing some research of various fertility clinics around SF, I decided to go with Spring primarily because I was searching for something personal and after reading the raving reviews of the clinic and Dr. Tran, the decision was very easy. Whenever I talk about my experience with Spring, I always talk about how much I love the staff and Dr. Tran. From the very first moment I came into contact with the clinic, every interaction was very personal. I never felt like a number. Dr. Tran let me ask all the questions I had written down, no matter how simple or complex… he saw me every time I came into the clinic, following up with questions or comments from previous appointments, and really gave me the comfort and support that I was in good hands from consultation to retrieval.
