Further by using this site, you agree that in no way does such use establish a professional, medical care, or physician-patient relationship between you and our practice.

Children’s Privacy.  This Site is not designed nor intended to be used by children (anyone under the age of 13). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information to us.

We receive from them anonymized and aggregated demographic and use information related to our presence on the respective social media platform(s) when you choose to visit us on those sites or to communicate with us. Please be aware that social media websites, including Facebook, have different privacy policies and our privacy policy does not apply on those sites. If you visit another website, we encourage you to read that website or web platform’s privacy policy.

G. Social Media Plugins. This website may use social media plugins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button, “Share to Twitter” button) to enable you to easily share information with others. When you visit our website, the operator of the social plugin may place a cookie on your computer, enabling that operator to recognize individuals who have previously visited our site.
