I met him [Dr. Klatsky] for the first time over the phone. We had a telehealth visit and immediately felt some connection to him and his concentration on personalized care. It was really the first time I ever felt like somebody was really looking at all the details of my case and not just me as a number… it was really looking at [the two of us] and everything that they’ve been through and what are the pieces of the story that I can evaluate, and that maybe I can look at differently than somebody else had before
