The service at Spring is top notch. I’ve never received care like this – from the patient portal to the ongoing communication from my care team to the experience in the clinic, I always felt taken care of and as though an answer was one email or call away. Dr. Pasternak has her own care team, so I worked primarily with her, Markie, and then Crystal and Dana – all lovely individuals. I can genuinely say I will miss seeing Dr. Pasternak and speaking with the team so often. If you have a choice of doctor, I can’t say enough about Dr. Pasternak – she is warm and conversational, but matter of fact and undeniably great at her job. She worked to figure out the right protocol and timing every time, and her team was so helpful in working out ideal timing for all cycles and procedures.
