The IVF process begins with a detailed fertility assessment, which typically takes about 3-4 weeks. Before fertilization can take place, the sperm is processed in our Andrology lab by experienced embryologists. This process takes about 1-2 hours, during which we separate and wash the sperm to remove any bacteria or unwanted components. We then activate the sperm cells and achieve a specific density of the healthiest and most motile sperm.

The Results
After the transfer, the next phase is often referred to as “the two-week wait,” a period of approximately 11–13 days during which we await the results of the implantation. During this time, many patients feel a mix of anticipation and anxiety, and we’re here to offer support every step of the way. Once the waiting period is over, you’ll return to our clinic for a blood test to confirm whether your embryo has implanted successfully.
